Supercharging Woes...

Im strongly debating supercharging my 08 L61 but Im having some concerns. I know hp wise, I should be ok on the stock internals. What I am concerned about is the transmission and clutch. Im not having any issues now, but I've heard that sc-ing an L61 cause cause the clutch to slip and similar.

I just dont see the value in doing full bolt ons and only gaining 35-40 hp. Especially since for the same price I could make over 200 with a supercharger and probably cost less.

So can yall ease my mind before I decide to fully commit to this?

Transmission will be fine. People have pushed them over 400whp. Clutches are hit and miss. I know 1lowls said his stocker held fine for like a year after going boosted. Mine started slipping the first time I got into boost and steadily got worse until I finally got the chance to swap it out almost 2 months later.

Well I'm going to start saving for all of it. I can't afford to just rush out and buy it tomorrow. But I'm gonna do all the bolt ons that I can first in preparation for going supercharged in the future. When I do exhaust I'm gonna do it right and swap headers, downpipe, and catback. Probably 2.5" all the way back.
