lsj throttle body-mine
42# injectors/harness-(bought from a member on here)
ZZP HEAT EXCHANGER-(bought from ZZP)
intercooler pump-(bought from badscss)
intercooler bracket-(bought from badscss)
intake manifold bottom mount-(bought from badscss)
lsj stock idler pulley-(bought from SC07)
lsj stock tensioner-(bought from SC07)
Stage 2 Belt, cut one rib off-(bought from hungryhip-ccp)
3'' pulley-(gettin from Pedro)
lsj extended upper radiator hose-(get at parts store)
supercharger gasket-(bought from badscss)
Intake Manifold Gasket (Part #12597855)-(bought from badscss)
black tape-mine
wire loom-mine
solder iron-mine
LSJ K&N CAI-(bought from badscss)
10ft. x ¾” I.D. Hose-(get at parts store)
10ft x ¼” I.D. Hose -(get at parts store)
small/large hose clamps-(get at parts store)
custom bolts-(get at parts store)
two 8M bolt , with 1.25 threading and 120 mm length-(bought at bolts.com)
one 8m bolt, with 1.25 threading an 130 mm length-(bought at bolts.com)
coolant tank for both h/e-(bought at Advance)
NGK Copper Spark Plugs (Part# LFR6A-11)-(bought from Advance)
20 gauge wire-(get at parts store)
boost gauge-(bought off Ebay)
wideband air/fuel ratio gauge-(need to buy)
trifecta tune-(got in the mail today)




DAY 1: THE BREAK DOWN







STARTED TO PUT THE SPARK PLUGS, ENDPLATE, AND H/E PUMP ON







DAY 2

NEED TO GO BUY THE HOSES, CLAMPS, COOLANT, 20 GAUGE WIRE AND CUSTOM BOLTS.
THAN BEGIN TO ASSEMBLE THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, PULLEY TENSIONER, IDLER, AND FUEL INJECTORS.



SO I RAN INTO A PROBLEM WITH THE TENSIONER. THE BLOCK WAS IN THE WAY SO WE ENDED UP GRINDING IT DOWN.



USED A GRINDER



SO THE OPTION B TANK INSTALLED





SO WE DID A TEST FIT OF THE SUPERCHARGER. AND IT LOOKS GOOD.





THE END OF DAY 2: RAN INTO A FEW PROBLEMS LIKE THE INTAKE MANIFOLD BOLTS WERE TO LONG SO I HAVE TO GO TO HOME DEPOT TO GET THE BOLTS.

DAY 3

THE END IS NEAR. EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE. COOLANT LINES AND INSTALL THE BELT AND SUPERCHARGER.

So its finish all the parts are installed. no problems we ran into..
This thing is a beast!!!!!!
We running about 13 to 14 lb of boost with a 3'' pulley.

This thing pulls so hard its unbelievable. Will post videos soon.

Also, if you are in need of any other parts or oddball stuff, I might be of some help. I have most of an LSJ that i'm parting out, I sold most of the main S/C parts (M62, manifold, i/c pump bracket), but I have a ton of sensors, bolts, whatever.

I see 2 throttle bodies in your pictures. Which tb are you putting on the car. I didn't see it in your list.

yea there's two bc the guy i bought the sc from gave me one and i already had one when i bought my 2.4 manifold bc the guy i bought that from sent me the wrong one and the one that was on the sc is really dirty so im using mine i bought from other guy

the ZZP heat exchanger came in today. now i'm off to the parts store to get the hoses and coolant and clamps.

yea it wasnt that bad for the endplate and yes dual pass and option b and it hasnt been difficult at all yet we really just did like 3 or 4 hours of work in the two days and we are almost done just the coolant lines and then get custom bolts for the manifold and then install sc and belt and put bumper and lights on and we good to go but keep u updated

i think bc everyone has done it and i been doing my research its going really fast for us and like i said only like 3 or 4 real work in the two days each and if we wanted to we could of finished in one day but we are waiting for our gm mod day tomorrow to swap sc and thats the reason we haven't finish but taking everything really slow so we dont have to do anything over again.
