Exclamation thermostat and cooling questions

Hey guys, its been a while, but im here on a more serious tone this time around. Around 10k+ Miles ago(Dec.-Jan.) I performed a complete flush, refill and put a new thermostat in. Car has been running great untill yesterday, threw me a P0128 code. YAY, now comes the fun part! problem here is I got the thermostat from chevy, factory is a 180 deg. I have done some looking around and cant find jack, does anyone know if their is a hotter thermo that will fit? the size is: 2 17/64" x 7/8" x 1 13/64". I am looking for at least a 190 thermo.

Also, what do your cars usually run at? My car hardly gets over 190 and thats if im doing stop sign to stop sign tom foolery. On most occasions it runs around 175-185.

As always any help will be appreciated, thanks in advanced!

Factory thermo should be 195 I thought? Mine runs 175* the first few thousand after a synthetic oil change then usually 194 with AC on any other time. Some super hot days it goes 205.

I thought factory was 195. Mine can go from 185 till the fans come on around 225. But that's only when sitting in traffic. I'd say it normally sits in the 190's. I wish my car would run that cool. The thing turns into a slug over 200.
