Valve Guide remove/refit?
 

I know the head needs heating up etc to remove the guides, but which way is "best" to remove them.... ie drive them out from the combustion chambe side or from the cam side?

Im getting bronze guides (assuming they are cheap enough) to make things a bit closer tollerance etc.
