2.2 full exhaust question

Hey guys, would a GMPP touring cat-back with a Vibrant header/dp be too loud on a 2.2 cobalt? I tried looking it up but it seems that this set up are common in SS/SC.

Thank you

DO NOT GET THE VIBRANT. The primaries are too big, you will be making the car more inefficient. You will never make enough power on this car to need primaries that large.

I see.. Yeah I think I'm not gonna go with header now since my car is not a race type like the SS. I'll just stick to catback exhaust instead. Thanks for letting me know about the Vibrant!

Hey man, I'm all for the header/dp idea, just not Vibrant.. Try to find a header with 1 5/8" primaries.

My car doesn't have sai in it would the ss header dp combo still works? I asked the dealer about their header and they suggested the extrude honed header but it's just too expensive. Haven't check on the other websites on how much it costs but if any here have any idea it would help alot

you have the same size manifold as a stock ss/sc. you do not have the extrude honed manifold
