2007 2.2l supercharge possibility?

2007 2.2l supercharge possibility?
I have an 07 lt 2.2l, it has 130000 on it. Is that too many miles to throw a supercharger on? I don't wanna blow my motor, but if I did I'd only run low boost, at about 5psi. Is this safe?
