Ev6 to EV1?

Found this on ebay:

I've done a couple google searches but nothing comes up for sure - possible to use this (or something similar) with GM Stage II #42lbers versus soldering in a Cavalier Harness to fit the EV1 connectors for the GM Stage II injectors?

What type are they? Do they fit into the 09 lap plug and play?

They are ev6 and LAP is ev6
