ive tried Redline's water wetter in my car and after a whole bottle it only dropped a degree or 2 of highway driving its more effective on people running straight water in there cooling system

no you would only do it in a race car or only run it in the summer then switch back before it gets cold

Some new numbers
Last #'s were @ 5k miles
These are @ 23k miles.
Only changes since then are tint, battery, oil change.
run 1 on the graph is from original dyno.
**Time for tune** as you can see my AFRs are going crazy rich for N/A past 4.5k rpm
compared to last time & it being OEM tune.

IS that dip in the AFR due to PE Delay?

A tune is gonna net you a lot of horsepower throughout the RPM range.

Power Enrichment. Look at the AFR.

When the car is at full throttle for more then a few seconds, it adds more fuel to try and increase the power and help protect the engine.

It also saves gas by not using so much for the first few seconds.

When you get tuned most will turn off PE delay so that you will have richer AFR every time you go full throttle.

I dont know, wont until my tuner hooks up to the ECU to tune it.

Just from his exp b4, he said it was probably doing it b/c the ECU went into closed loop mode

PE delay is always present in a stock Cobalt.

What you have going on is exactly normal.

It looks lke its only going to 11:1 to me, but that aside, this is perfectly normal. Its a failsafe, its so you dont grenade the engine running lean at high load/high rpm
