Confirmed by an engineer running a twincharged engine in the dyno. If I understood correctly: He said with the TC after the SC, the SC will become a restriction. With the TC before the SC, the SC will just increase the mass air flow rate. Also suggested the turbo turbine be large enough otherwise that will become the restriction. He wasn't the twincharge expert but knows a few things. He is studying efficiency with this setup, not peak power stuff.

No that was on my z2 star specs and a ***** launch, didnt want to break anything. Tuning it really isnt hard if youve tuned a cobalt before. If the maf housing is staying the same then really you dont need to change much in the tune.

Thats understandable. I wouldnt want to break anything launching hard either. I have only tuned a friends LNF, my 2.4 g5, and my supercharged 2.2. But i have done many cam setups on LS engines. Thats where i started learning on. I had just heard before about the difficulty of tuning twincharged cobalts and really never found much info on them.
