I have a 2006 2.4 cobalt with a ZZP super charger kit. I just replaced my head gasket on my car and after I did this my car ran great. Then after driving it around for 20 min the car went into limp mode then the engine disabled itself. Now the car has a rough idle. I am not certain if this is causing the issue with the idle and spudders even when running and goes into limp mode almost instantly. Also the TRAN/POW fuse is buzzing and am wondering if any of you may know what happend to my car. I don't think it is a mechanical issue because this would have occurred right after I started the engine.

Thoughts?

Any help would be great!

Did you check your compression? Are you throwing any misfire codes or anything?

Check your connections at the ecu and all the sensors

Yea for sure check the codes right away may point at something to look at

Just a thought, but check your knock sensor! I had to replace mine as the connector wouldnt fully snap in place and i had similar symptoms.

And, did you make sure your timing chain tensioner engaged fully?
