RPD and HPT accuracy

RPD and HPT accuracy
Are the 2 equally as accurate considering they are pulling their data the same?
How do these compare to RW Horse power.
This is a 2.4 I supercharged last weekend for a friend. 282HP on a 32F evening with a really nice 45F Manifold temp.
Just had the rotors re-coated by Monograt427

I would say the estimate is skewed because the torque models are made for NA application. Ive noticed that changing the timing really throws off those calculated numbers as well. Additionally, i think the number would be at the flywheel. You mentioned rwhp? Is this a kappa?

Not sure if this is what you're asking:
This is an LE5 with 60lb injectors and turbo kit, which required major deviations from the stock calibrations (for MAF, injectors, timing, etc). You will notice on the max power pull, the ECU said it peaked about 505 hp, but the Dynojet measured 317 whp (~280 whp mustang dyno), so it is about 382 bhp.
