Sputtering help!!

Had some fun with a g35 but right after I noticed the car was sputtering hardly noticeable but there. Had a little bit of a loss in power but over time its getting worst, I checked the coils, changed spark plugs and compression, even the battery looked at. Anyone have or know of this problem. Thx 2007 2.4 with 100k

Also the lights started going dim more often

Start car, remove negative cable from battery to test your alternator, car will die if its bad, also check your throttle body isn't dirty as hell, check fuel filter.
