stock bung/wb bung placement question

well blackss/sc brought to my attention an interesting question....would the dumptube for the wastegate cause inaccurate wideband/stock exhaust sensor readings based on where this bung is placed or would i be safe? heres a pic:

wideband, maybe, but any way you slice it the wideband should be after the turbo, which would be after all the wastegate stuff, so it shouldn't matter. Stock sensor is just pegged rich by that point anyway, so it doesn't matter.

I would have put the first bung right below the weld and then your wideband bung about 12 inches behind that. You may end up superheating the O2 sensors that close to the turbo with all the heat soak those snails have.

the sensor has to be 12"+ away from the head,so if u place it where u have it pictured,it will not be a good idea, like stated before,it will headsoak like crazy

You should put each bung right after each joint in those pictures.

My front O2 is in the same spot on my setup. It's fine where it is. The only thing that scares me is the dump making WOT afr tuning harder. But I could be wrong.
