supercharged or turbo or just buy a new engine?

Ok I think this is the right place to ask the question, but i have a 2007 chevy "ss" 2.4 n/a
and im wanting to go either super or turbo charged.

My question is should i just buy a kit for it which is about 2500-2700 dollars and then i would have to pay someone to install parts and tune amd ect im looking at alot more money...

should i just buy a whole new or used engine with the turbo or supercharger already put on it? I can find them on ebay for about the same kit for the price of a kit.

Im stuck and need some advice. Im also looking to get about 350 hp eventually and do not know which route to take. i am all ears to any advice.
