Unreasonable to pay...

$350.00 for a professional to install SSC lowering springs, Rotors and Pads all the way around and an alignment in the same sitting?

Trying to circumvent as much labor costs to my build by putting the CAI, Sway bar, and headlights in myself (Simple stuff really)

By the way, GM Dealership wants 850+, Nissan Dealership wants $425 (Just got my wife's car fixed for $2,100 at the Nissan place).

U can do ur rotors and pads they are very easy.... I'm sure there's a how to on here.... as for the springs id would be dumb to get an alignment right away cause it takes a week or two maybe even three for ur springs to settle the u will need an alignment....

i changed out the springs and shocks/struts in my driveway in under an hour.... its really simple, just rent the spring compressor from autozone or whereever and get it done yourself. screw paying other people for simple jobs. ESPECIALLY pads and rotors comeon now

^^^ I agree. If you don't have the time or ability or tools to do it (or possibly all of the above), thats a great price.

Stipulation with getting premium rotors and pads is I have to have them professionally (Wife had to agree to it). I want to do the brakes myself (its a friggin cake job)

I got a hook up on labor ($60 an hour) and he's going to put the alignment in for free. The only reason I want to get the alignment is because I'm not upgrading my FE3 to FE5 until they go out (They are $320 shipped and that put me overbudget on everything.

Thanks for the help -- I may end up just sneaking off to the On post auto center and renting a bay with a hoist and doing the work myself.

But seriously, I won't need an aligment right away? Why not? (Besides the springs settling...)
