i went with 6k, its bright and you see well and it gives a nice blue tinge to the light. not to blue that it washes out but not to white so it doesnt look as nice. ps. intrested in selling your first gen projectors?

not too sure because i never did it, but you wont have a chance of making stock housing look like projectors.
i was trying to find a pic in the stock housing but i couldnt find it. wont look as good as this though.

Just paint your stock lights. It's easy. When you go to reseal them up, go to autozone and buy 3M window weld ribbon adshesive/sealer, put it in the sealer tracks, stick the lens on, and put them back in the oven to heat up the adhesive, the PUSH them together using lots of force. Clamp them together if you can. That way they should seal up nicely and not leak.
I'm sure he meant the housings, painting the bulb is just stupid.

I'm not surprised. I figure no one will post a photo of it cus they know it has a horrible beam pattern and don't want to be hated on for having such shitty dangerous lights

go with 6,000k. I used to have 10,000k headlight and fog light and was using the stock housing. You will be perfectly find using the stock housing, just aim them down and you won't bug oncoming traffic one bit. Now I have 6,000k Retrofits from buyhids.com and still running the 10,000k fog lights and I can tell a major difference in the brightness of the two. When i get the extra money I will for sure be buying the 6,000k bulbs for the fog lights as well. My biggest suggestion would be to jump on the new retrofits the buyhids.com just came out with and go with the 6,000k.
