I was able to get it there using the 60s i had it leaner..... 12.3-12.5 no kr idcs of 95% of course i told him to get 80s lol........... .Ut if i were to say go down to 11.5-11.8 i would have been 100+% idc/B]
You MIGHT be able to get away with a 2.7" with the winter E70 or spring/fall E78. But a 2.7" is too much for full E85.
Here is my car on a 2.9"/60s/E85/I/E ect...
Works for me!

I really like the 2.9"/60s/E85 setup. Its a good size pulley for almost any level of modified LSJ and with a good E85 tune, it will make a lot more power then most guys running smaller pulleys with gasoline.

It should be noted that extensive testing has shown a diminished rate of return in the use of high levels of E85 in FI vehicles.

Basically, HP tunability and KR resistance does not increase drastically past an E50 mix. Theoretically, and LSJ should be able to make as much hp with E50 as E85. So really, 60# injectors could probably handle a 2.6" pulley with a custom Ethanol mix.
Personally, I wish the Ethanol fuel distributors would run the same blend of Ethanol and gasoline all year long. I would be more then happy to run anywhere from an E50-E70 blend and get some of my fuel economy back.
