Do you guys think the GMPP Sport (with Vibrant header/dp) exhaust flows enough or do I need a 3" exhaust? The TVS will have a 2.9 on it too

My car with a shorty header... 2.5 dp and gmpp touring, makes about 20.5psi on the 3.1".. made 304hp/276 tq

3" would be better.. but it's not going to KILL it..

Valid Point

Had i completed my thought, i would have finished the story which was that the same day, it ran exactly even up to 120-130 with a TC that dynoed 308hp .. with the cut-out closed... so, it wasn't hurting it much to be capped up..

Pretty sure i wasn't intoxicated when i posted the first one.. but i left out 3/4 of what i was gonna post

I ran the 80mm on the 100% stock exhaust for a while. That setup pushed an uncomfortably high 21.3psi @ about 40F ambient. Don't know what my EGTs looked like at that point, but it felt fine. I'm sure it would be a bad idea to run it like that for too long though.

it's actually quite easy if you unbolt the ambient air temp sensor, and bolt it back in 180* turned around.

As far as a header goes for use with a TVS would the slp header be good ? The primaries are 1 5/8 . it will be to a 3in catless downpipe 2.5 catback. But i will also have a cut out. I have dual pass option b and also the progressive ais system. ls4 tb 3in zzp intake.
