thanks for the confirmation!

Talked to cmiller who has the "5th injector kit". He told me that the injector flows 60lb/min.

And this 60 lb/min "5th injector kit" + zzp stage 1 cams w/ big fuel lobe....has been powering zzp cars and customers that has 500-600whp+++ cars with Ethanol.

so, I'm hoping/assuming that my zzp s1 cams w/ big fuel lobe + 168 lb/min port injectors (4 x 42lb/min)......will be able to power 700whp using ethanol?

we'll see what happens. If it still lacks fueling....I'll upgrade to 4 x 62lb/min injectors or bigger

So thats millers secret? A 5th injector kit? A bigger turbo? Why keep a simple idea kike that secret? Also, Matt can you chime in. So the 5th injector, does it evenly spread for all intake runners? Where is the location and has this been the idea powering your big turbo stuff? What controls the 5th injector?

I think you're talking about miller (sky forum).

I'm talking about cmiller here who has a cobalt
he has a thread about his 5th injector kit....so no secrets there!

No secret here. Our 5th injector kit is what Scythe Snake is running for E85 on his S256. I run it with my EFR on straight E85 as well. CMiller just added his so he can switch to E85. He was on 110 for his 500whp dyno, which didn't require the 5th injector. All 3 of us run the larger pump lobe.

we'll just wait for Baldturbofreak (BTF) to arrive in a couple of hours (fron upstate NY)...........here in MA/RI. He'll personally install the compound turbo kit this afternoon/weekend at project scarab's shop. And tune it.

I'm hoping that we can start the engine this Sunday.

tell me about it bro.

Its really tough to deal with several shops/vendors with a build. I'll never do it again.

Next time, it will only be one shop.

Too much aggravation....and time delay.

Anywho, I'm glad that baldturbofreak will finally personally install and tune the compound turbo kit this weekend. If there are tons of bugs to fix..........I'll just have him bring the car back to upstate NY, so he can work on things.

Not much happened today due to us finding out that the car will be FEATURED in a Magazine!

I'll keep the name of the magazine anonymous though, sorry.

so BTF decided to polish the raw stainless steel pipings of the compound kit the whole day today.......so they will look purdy for the camera.

The official camera guy of the magazine came in the afternoon to take some photos of the build.

So basically today.........other things that have been done were relocating of wirings, power steering, etc.......

An hour ago, BTF started assembling the compound kit.

Tomorrow install of the kit will begin.

anyways here are some photos:

BTF will tow my car back to his dyno/fab shop in Upstate NY......to fix all the bugs......and dyno tune the car.
So I'm hoping I can drive the car end of July 2012!

The kit will be removed so they can be sent to Swaintech for coating....then tuning begins!
