It's .7ms sorry not sure why I put .2 my cranking speed should be about 350rpm or so. I hope to get this figured out this weekend. I'm being schedule!

Actually took it out for about a 45 minute drive allowing auto tune to do it's thing. Trying to get it drivable enough to make Auto Combine next Sunday.

Are you just letting the auto tune feature fix everything or are you going to help dial things in?

Right now I'm just letting it do it's thing. After that tweak things to my liking. The auto tune only does the ve table. I'll have to do all the timing manually.

Assuming you're running low timing to get the VE table dialed in

Auto tuneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
It is only good at first anyways. I knew a guy that swore auto tune could do the entire file. His car blew up lol.

autotune works well for getting the table worked out out of boost. once i get it worked out there ill shut auto tune off and estimate a ve table for in boost based off what autotune has done. id also recommend roughing in a timing table before you go too far, its going to change the ve table far more than you might think.

once you start boost tuning, it gets hard to street tune something of this sort of power. myself, id really recommend seeking a dyno shop. its safer for both the engine and you as your able to load is to parts of the table you might not see under street tuning conditions.

Right now its basically just drive it around and get a few miles on it. My main focus is to have it at the show Sunday. It runs pretty nice up to about 25% throttle so I'll likely putt around with that back and forth to work this week.

It'll definitely be going to the dyno for tuning, we've always done most drivability and rough performance tuning on the street then to the dyno for the real deal. Right now though power tuning is at least a month away.

The tune is getting better, still rough as hell. I think this thing is going to spool the 6262 as fast or faster than the vg30 spooled the Holset. On the way to work today I gave it a little more throttle and at about 2800 rpm heard the thing starting to whistle. That of course pushed it up into a stupid rich cell and it fell on its face lol no boost was built mind you, was still at 2-3 in/hg. I've yet to achieve 0 let alone positive pressure.

Just a little demo of my Nexus 7 and Shadow Dash MS. The speedo is slow right now because I'm using GPS. Later on when I figure out how to wire my vss into Megasquirt it'll be real-time as well.

Shadow Dash MS in the Shiro:

After Auto Combine this weekend we took a few cars to do a photo shoot on the river. Turns out one of the Space Shuttles external fuel tanks was there so I took this pic.

Yeah it is, we were like damn that thing is big. Touching something that had been to the edge of space is pretty exciting too lol but that's my inner nerd.

Well after looking up the weight on that tank I found its a single use thing that pretty much burns up on reentry. So this tank was never used. Not quite as cool!
