Car won't crank please help

Hi I have 2008 pontiac g5 with a 2.2 manual and it won't crank it started off with no engine when key on and my scanner wouldn't connect so I replaced the pcm got the light and I was able to read the codes( 1 code crank position sensor p0315) and after talking to my dad he pointed out the security light and said that it may be why so I got rid of that Still nothing. The guy I got it off of tried to do a cluch bypass on it and the car only has one sensor on the clutch so want I asking if what could cause the no crank I can only think of two things the clutch sensor or crank position sensor

If the PCM was not reprogrammed so that the VIN code matches the BCM, then the immobilizer will prevent the car from running.

A bad crank sensor will still allow the car to crank, just never fire/start.

A bad clutch sensor will not allow anything to happen. Starter won't even activate.

If the clutch sensor is unplugged, then that's definitely a problem.

A dealership will need the whole car. Way too many different PCM connectors out there for them to be able to bench tune a PCM.

There are alternatives though. I reprogrammed my own using HPTuners software. Most people that can do that will also need the whole car.
