It loos similar, but it's not the same. The Saturn Astra, and Aura both look similar too, but they don't fit.

would anyone know the dimensions of the inside of our taillights?
You can actually make your own if you follow my How-To... they aren't prefect but they are pretty nice I think. I don't make them but I think someone in my thread actually will make and sell them to you if you want. There is a link in my sig.

They shouldn't. They're probably just not sealed correctly. You may need to take them apart and reseal them, also check the rubber piece on the back of the light covering where the bulbs go.

theretrofitsource.com, and retrosolutionsllc.com are both good sources, with theretrofitsource.com being my favorite. You do want a place to buy the parts to do it yourself right?

Oh, well then your only other option is to PM streetracinazian on here, he's a vendor who makes them. Other than that there's nowhere else to get them predone.

Those are both 3rd gens, the more expensive ones apparently have cathode halos instead of LED's. The cathodes are much brighter.

I dunno, frankly I didn't even know there were 3rd gens with cathodes. They'll last for a damn long time though.

The cathode one will be quite a bit better. Personally I'd go for the LED ones (I have them) since I don't use the halos anyway.

I had to use a die set to wire the bolt for the center reverse light in order to mount it flush and properly, but you can get those for 20 bucks at ACE hardware or Home Depot and it just takes some time. Otherwise it's completely plug and play. They look great on the car too, I've had them on for probably a year now.
