I bought some for my car, I believe these are them...it's been a year and they look red but they're the clear smoked ones. Look GREAT on the car. I had to use a die set to wire the bolt for the center reverse light in order to mount it flush and properly, but you can get those for 20 bucks at ACE hardware or Home Depot and it just takes some time. Otherwise it's completely plug and play. They look great on the car too, I've had them on for probably a year now.

I bought the smoked LED tails off ebay. They are GREAT! THe pictures on ebay of them they look dark red. They actually have a clear smoked look. LED's are BRIGHT! I got these from k2motor. I searched Cobalt smoked LED tail. The description underneath said it was a dark red lense, but they came like this.

IPCW tail lights, they have been painted matte black since, which looks 100% better. will have more pics soon with 4th gen headlights, painted tails, and new rims. took me a while to like them cause the inners poke out, but got used to them and i like that both inner and outer blink with turn signal, both light up with lights, and the get really bright. plus installation is cake

gen 4 headlights with eyelids

those are so ill, i have the silver ss too, saw these and IMMEDIATELY bought 'em. went to the actual K2MOTOR website to get them though cuz they arent on ebay anymore.. so anyone lookin for these go to Car Accessories, Auto Accessories, Headlights, Tail Lights, Projector Headlights | K2 Motor and search cobalt... they were only $149 on sale!!
They have a smoked version without LED. I need a smoked version and would have loved these.

Just to clarify, the gen 1s and the gen 3s that I can get from buyhids are originally coming from the same company? Like is the quality any better? I like the gen 3s but I would be pissed if I bought them just to have heat cracks etc a year or two later. I live in buffalo so it gets really cold, not sure if this would lessen the chances of that happening

^^^^AND, they definately have the LED ring around the brake lights, with a center LED that lights while braking (i think lol) and they look awesome, only thing to worry about is that when i got mine, one of the posts was broken off on one of the lights, and another post broke off during installation. no real biggy though everything worked out ok
