Can someone tell me where the thread for the 2.0 engine/battery covers is. I did a seach but came up with nothing.

2.0L doesnt have a cover and the battery is in the trunk under that mat. No covers.

 

Let me rephrase that... Its a cover that goes over the top of the engine that says SUPERCHARGER and the cover is of a bowtie that goes over the posts that are in the right of the motor.

p7x how did that whole thing with your car turn out, you have that bad boy back yet?

 

Its all good man, they replace the entire intake manifold and gasket and has been runnin great ever since , still waiting on a tune though. Should be end of august or begining of sept.

 

your talkin bout the ecm cover....there are custom ones made by showmestreetcustoms on here....

Excellent, I've been watching your vids dreaming it's my car. If you are going to get a tune anyway are you going to stick with the 2.8 or go lower? Sorry for hijacking the thread fidget you can punch me a next weeks meet.

 

No problem Jeff. I got the info that i needed.

 

Im am going to stick with the 2.8 and hopefully get an exhaust on before the tune. Im really up in the air with what direction I wanna take the car but here's a preview of what i might do next summer

...um unless you want to trap LOTS of heat in your engine (and you do NOT) you dont want to put any covers over your engine.... they skipped the engine cover for a reason.
