Is it possible to powdercoat the same rim twice?????

reason i ask is because i want to do the lip and side of the spokes black. and the face of the spokes white.

one place told me they could do it for 100 a rim

other place said they cant

i have a TC so if u know what the rim looks like. you will know what im talking about

have a white TC BTW

 

they could powdercoat the whole rim black than just do the front of spokes white.

 

thats layering powdercoats. i thought that wasnt possible
