Anyone dye their leather seat/door inserts?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to decide whether to dye the blue inserts in my seats and doors to a black or silver colour. I'm not a huge fan of the contrast between the interior blue accents and the blue of the Lazer Blue.

I've done some searching and can't seem to find anyone that's undertaken this project. I know other cars where people have done this but looking for some specific advice on the best approach on a Cobalt.

Thoughts?

Yep, have an ad on Kijiji to do just that. Unfortunately, no one in my area seems to be interested at this time. There is actually someone from your neck of the woods (Ontario) that has a black set but the shipping cost would kill any deal.

I'm going to keep researching the option to dye. Obviously if someone comes around with a red or black set in equal condition, I'd do the swap in a heartbeat.

Dont do it, it will dry the leather out and it will be hard. I did a set of navi seats for my F150, because all I could find were tan and I needed grey.

I was looking into dying my seat belts a different colour.

I've read really good things about these guys and their products:
