Debadging Prob

Okay so I took off my back chevy badge and my paint has like a haze in it now. How can I get rid of this ****? I am pretty picky about my car so this is really frustrating.

Is it the glue from the sticker, or the paint thats faded?

Sounds like it's just glue. Take it off with a shop towel and some Goo Gone. Then go wash and wax the area. Or, since you're picky, wash and wax your whole damn car. Then the world will be right again

Anyone know the easiest way to get all the other badging off? The Chevy symbol was a pain in my ass, my fingers are all cut up from using the fishing line.

I drizzled a lil Goo Gone on the Cobalt Letters, GM Decal, and Chevy Bowtie, all came off a lil easier.. also did it when it was hot out side.. i used my DL, and a Lens from my work goggles

the other badges are so easy compared to the big bow tie on the trunk. That was the last one I did. I was so aggrevated by the time I got it off. I have a little haze from glue left also. I am waiting for my husband to return from offshore. He will be able to get the rest of the glue off.

^^ werd. The rear bowtie is the hardest one. If you did that one first, the rest will be cake in comparison. Sorry to hear about your hands, mine were cut up from the fishing line as well from all of this. It was worth it in the end though
