Ground effect removal
 
Hey guys, does anyone know how to remove the ss ground effect or whatever u call the plastic trim running on bottom of side of car, I need to repair some paint and have to remove them

Heat helps soften the adhesives other than that they are simply clipped in with push clips that you can push up and out from the inside

people seem to have luck with smashing them on the ground, other than that im pressure sure theres just clips on the back side of the bumper ans a couple screws
