HackAbuse's New Interior

Finally finished after 2 weeks of Wiring, soldering, hot gluing, super gluing, spray painting, spray gluing, and even more wiring and soldering!

Heres my new interior!!!!

New Painted trim pieces, door cups, and reupholstered doors:

New Lighting

BackSeats! Yes, I know they're dirty:

Heres's a wide angle shot of the door, and how it lights up the ground when you open it:

Close-up of LED's under the armrest on the door:

Looking down at the window controls on the driver side armrest:

What it looks like with the lights on!:

I've been working several hours a day for the past two weeks

The biggest bitch was getting all the wiring through the stock wiring grommets into the doors, that took at least 5 hours in itself. I used over 100 feet of 18 guage wire during the whole project.

The vinyl was bought from Jo-Ann Fabrics, and the adhesive was 3M Super Headliner Adhesive from Adv Auto Parts (15 bucks a can, I needed two cans)

I spent an hour masking off the center portion where the heated seat buttons would normally go to make it looks like that, thanks!

Jo Ann fabrics is all over the place. They have a website. You should be able to try and locate a store. It looks like lots of work. One question, what was your inspiration for choosing blue LEDs?

Be unique, remember that you're throwing your car out for all people to see, so make sure everything is done well, IE: no wires hanging around, hide everything! Instead of working on one thing, work on EVERYTHING

I have done at least one major mod to every compartment in my car, check my pics.

Even out your work, if you do one thing to your interior, do something to your exterior, trunk, and engine, keep your mods balanced
