head light help

head light help

ok so these stock headlights are pretty dim even seems to be with the high beams so i went out and bought the sylvania ZXE which r suppose to be the brightest ones they have in stores i put them in and nope the are deffinetly not brighter their exactly the same... so my question is what do i gotta do to get the bright light look like u see people with when ur driving the opposite direction and it blinds u. idk nothing abt lights so i could use some help. thank you for your time.

HIDs but in stock housings they blind people..get some projector headlights

Like turbo said, maybe you just need to adjust the headlights. They may be pointing down giving the illusion that they are not bright. There is a allan key(forgot what size) on the top. Turn it counterclockwise and clockwise to move them up and down.

Hids are plug and play broskie
Go w Canbus or Morimoto kits only...don't settle with xentec... Lol

Hid's in reflective housings is plain stupid. One of the most ghetto thing you can do to your car. Just buy some projector headlights off eBay or pm mkurly13 for some retrofits.

You can get them from many different places. Ddm and buyhids is very popular.

I got a Morimoto kit for my retros and fogd. Don't waste your money on some expensive stuff if your just going to throw it in your stock housings. Not worth it imho. Just go on cl, type in hid kit and buy them. 9007 bulb

My stock housing doesn't blind anyone. I aimed them down and then got in another car to see if it blinds and it doesn't. I've never even gotten flashed.

But oh we'll it is what it is. Not everyone can afford to pay for retros. And after market projectors are ugly IMO
