Help with modifying RKSport lip to fit SS

Trying to mount a RKSport G5 lip on my SS and I've read it need s modifying, but not sure what. I think I have to trim the inner part in the wheel well, but is there anything else?

Teaser pic!

I'll post pics of the whole car fixed after this is mounted

My friend has this lip and there's no modifying. He said "i drilled 2 holes and put screws in it into the read fenderliners". And "oo. yeah i just used screws and screwed em into the lip than into fender liner."

Yah not a fan of the Cobalt version. You have to have duals to pull it off, the G5 one I can get away with out them.

Yeah LS, LT ,and G5 bumpers don't need modification to fit. The SS bumper has a different contour at the bottom.

Yes and the ss bumpers are tad bit longer. Means they sit a little bit lower.

But they are the same shape.

If you just saw it, how do you know that?

Besides, the SS/NA also have a different rear bumper than the boosted SS

^ no they don't
2.4 coupe rear bumpers r the same as the 2.0l ss rear bumpers just one has a grill insert and one has a lip

There should b no modification required to get that to fit a coupe

The modifications need to happen when going on a sedan
