HID hot but not on?
Just like the title says, one side is fine, hooked it up to the other and still nothing, i think its the bulb but when i pulled it out it was still warm.

Probably the bulb, if it doesn't work on the other ballast.

getting somehwere i guess its in the wiring tried both ballast and switched bulbs, just the passenger side doesnt work. now i gotta figure out why the halos dont work....
