HID/Xenon headlights?

Will the Cobalt or Cobalt SS have Xenon/HID headlights? Will they have projectors?

Cheers!

well, they most certainly aren't projectors, but I wouldn't rule out hid's as a(pricey) option on the SS and possibly others; they are becoming more and more common.

now that I think about though, a thought occurs - maybe manufacturers will avoid putting them on lower end models, to keep the exclusivity of them?

think of it, if every econo shitbox that went down the road had them, they'd lose their appeal.

dont worrie. like the cavalier and civics and focus's they will probibly make aftermarket projector headlights. I still wonder how they will make euro tails with the round tail lights.

i hate to say it but i hate the tails on the cobalt coupe. they look plain and not very customizable. i like the tails on the 4 door better.

Yeah considering it was big news that they moved to HID fixed headlights in the Vette for 05 I imagine putting the same lights in the Cobalt would kinda take away from that.

yeah, it wouldn't make much sense for GM

Imagine the day when you're cruising down the highway, and are suddenly amazed by the lone set of yellow lights, among all the blue ones...
