i second that. those doors on anything other than a car that came with them are retarded. other than that it seems to be a ncie looking car.

Well I was looking for "its alright not better than stock" so I chose cool.

I want lambo doors after I do more body that is to die for. I saw a grand am with lambo doors. it looked like shit when seeing the doors open in person. Why? they wiggled or flopped around going up. I would not want to open them on a wind day. door may fall off. I should have looked if it was the kit or the door mounting area that was flexing, then see what happens with cobalts. if they flex then need to come up with the fix for the pillar to strengthen it. or is it just due to a cheap door kit?

for a body kit I like the AVS 9 peice better. I just would not put on all nine pieces (hood scoop and perhaps the wing). this was the same kit on the 272 sema cobalt in 2004. I like center exhaust rather than dual. Just my preference.

The big holes on the front really turn me off. The doors are not my style either.

I got the kit ordered. im going to have it put on in the next two weeks if I can get the dealership to do it for me. Pretty much begging them. Yea the only thing i dont like about it is the cheap ass grill. Has anyone got the june issue of superstreet? Well the tc on the cover has a nice ass grill. Does anyone know where i can get grills like that? Or just nice smooth looking black mesh with way smaller holes....

On topic: Ok it looks... meh... not something I gotta have. Though I do want to replace the hood on my Balt.

if vendors dont start putting out QUALITY aftermarket parts of this car i will TRADE IN, i hate the ricer rep we are getting because of these body kits (with more fish net then the actual bumper) and fart can exhausts. this is a god dam SS for christs sake...get a drop, take off the wing, throw on some american racing rims and bring out the true potential of the cobalt (family member of the CORVETTE, IMPALA, AND MONTE)

btw...im not bashing anybodys personal style or opinion, but you had ample source of cars to throw on a snow shoveling bumper and folgers dark roast exhaust.

also, i know this is GM's fight back to the "tuner" market, but remember your american muscle roots...we threw it a blower...not a turbo.
