Load Resistors...

so im getting ready to install my led tail light bulbs in my cobalt. i already made the load resistors for the bulbs, but i dont know where to mount them. i have a cobalt coupe so if yall can tell me where yall have them mounted or maybe ive share a few pics that would be great!

I kinda just let mine hang down into the fog light well. So far 1 year with no problems

o alright. these are going in for the tail lights so i dont know where to put it so it wont burn throught the carpet.

i mounted mine on the side. its hard to deacribe. if you want pics i can post some

O I missed that part. Idk I never considered where to put it, try asking Cptn Pants (sp?). He made those corvette style tail lights and had to use resistors, see where he put them.

as long as that's metal and not plastic you'll be okay.

the resistors get incandescent bulb hot!

i heard from gestapo007 that i can just wrap them in a few layers of electrical tape and mount them anywhere...thanks for all the help guys ill probably take care of this on friday

yea its part of the car. its not plastic its the inner of the trunk
