looking for yellow fog lenses

as the title states, im looking to buy replacement fog lenses for my SS. i cant seem to find any yellow ones anywhere so i figured ill ask around here.

anyone know where i can get oem style lenses that are yellow? i know i can get yellow bulbs and those are cool but im looking for the yellow effect with the lights off too. does something like that even exist? i can find plenty of lenses for other cobalts but not the little round ones on the SS. any help would be awesome! thanks.

I was originated thinking about a translucent paint, but those don't typically play well with direct heat a.k.a they bubble after a while.

I did a few searches through other automotive enthusiast websites and found several people recommending this: https://www.lamin-x.com/

I haven't tried this product myself, but I have used laminate films on other projects and worked out well.

thanks for the link. i tried a film but i couldnt get it to go round for the life of me which is what lead me to look for a solid piece. i also considered paint but didnt think it was a good idea

Why not upgrade to some HIDs maybe 3000K bulb for the yellow

i dont want bulbs just the lense. i want that color without having to turn my fogs on. i think nothing exists though and im screwed lol

The yellow tinted vinyl is your best bet. it's a small tight radius sphere, but with some heat and patience, it can be done.

im starting to think so yeah. i didnt use a heat gun nor did i even remove the lamps from the car so thats probably why it was a complete disaster trying to overlay a vinyl. ill try with some heat next time, thankfully i still have lots of vinyl left.

the lenses are plastic, so be careful. But you would be amazed how much vinyl will stretch and contour with a little heat. It might take a few attempts/practice, but it's doable

What? They're glass not plastic.
