Finally figured out how I wanted my Grand Sport style stripes on my car. I did a lot of research about the history of them. I used to have red stripes on both sides but I took them off a while back. So today I finally bit the bullet and put on new ones.
I did mine as a true throwback to GM racing in the 60s by only doing them on the driver side fender but with a bit of a modern twist by doing them in flat black so they are a bit more subtle. I'm really pleased with how they came out.

^^that looks awesome great job!
idk should i try this? if i do it would be flat black. also whats the best width/gap to put these at is there a good leading measure that most ppl are using to get them looking right?
this is how she looks right now. the rims arent black, but a sparkly 'anthracite metallic'... very dark charcoal basically. clear smoked led tails, black housing headlights, and flat black evo mod on upper section only. same material for spoiler caps so i'd use that sae material.

thanks crave. i'm not sure about them yet, but when i decide i can just rip them off!
anyone thats thinking of getting them from the link i posted above: these are the ones in the pictures. my only problem is they were too short to meet the angle of the headlights and had to put them on steeper to have enough material to cover the fender

do you remeber what the backing paper looked like? brand? i like it burner........ do you have silver trim still? you should put a set of stripes on your interior on each front corner..... of coarse make it size justified..... its a clean look for your interior..... did a buddies car with that idea before..... it was tasteful....
