yess!!! that is right!!! i want to put silver stripes on my SRTC SS/TC and i dont know how it would look plus i need someone to point me in the direction of a place that does the stripes... any help guys??

thats my cobalt, stripes came on the special edition cobalts.

 

CED is cheaper than http://www.revolution-motorsports.co...lts.asp?Cat=73? Cause I was planning on getting my stripes from there too. But their stripes are smaller than GM's. I'm not sure which 1 I like.

 

ive also got rally stripes on my balt i have pics in my gallery but mine arnt vinyl there painted on

 

couple of older pics of mine.....came with the black stripes from factory

 

^^^those are the same GM stripes as the silver ones. Look pretty good!

 

Whats so special about the special edition cobalts? Never even heard of them.

i personally wouldn't go with vinyle. i would have a quality body shop paint them on and have the car recleared....but thats just me

It's another of the GM "appearance" packages that the dealers can use.

 

pretty much: different rims, stripes, exhaust tip, and solid black interior... thats about it

 

its an lt with alloy 4 lugs was going to buy one but didnt THE revolution package

 

800 bucks to paint the stripes on.... crappy...

 

also it comes with ABS and cruise control, along with what dbk87 already stated. 1 LT's at first were not offered with abs and cruise, unless you wanted to pay a bunch to have it as an option, and then they came out with this package so it made the car A LOT cheaper than buying a 2 LT which is what i previously had.

 

i did mine differently. mine are custom stripes and i have them starting at 6 inches wide at the bottom of the hood and below, and going up the hood to the top of it they widen out to 8 inches and are 8 inches on the top and back of the car...i think it looks much better because the car naturally tends to widen out
