yes, the spacing of the holes is different, and the sedan one is smaller, and has less curve to it.

That being said, It isn't impossible to use a coupe spoiler on the sedan. I've seen it done... but it looks odd as hell though.

weriddddd cuz iv seen sedans with the s high rise on it before and was told the mounting holes are the exact same??

the holes aren't the same. i had a coupe low-rise on my old sedan and i had to drill new holes to mount it.
