Spoiler question...

So does the center part of the high-rise spoiler always shake at speeds of say... 45+mph?

Maybe its just me, but I've never really had a problem with the spoiler shaking, unless I just am not looking correctly. Maybe it's just on some cars???

yep. It is a lightweight semi-flexible plastic with no support what-so-ever. So it is going to shake. If you are worried about it breaking or coming off or something, I have never heard of that happening.
