SS body kit?

Curious, anybody have their old SS body kit they would want to sell me ?

I too am wondering what the stock SS bumpers and kits run. I know it may be borderline "ricey", but I m not a fan of bodykits with all the scoops and such, and just want something that is tasteful and simple, and the Stock SS's have the look I want, besides, I wouldnt be putting SS badges on or anything.

Ask your local dealer adn ass a grand to the cost for instilation. ,if you don't plan on spending a week doing it yourself.

Thats actually what I was attempting to avoid. Even with my employee discount Chevy price on a full SS kit is going to be stupid, I can guarantee that. O well worth a try

I'd suggest maybe waiting a bit? There aren't many body kits out for our cars yet and even less people with SS/SC's or 2.4L's (same thing without the lips) putting them on. Give it another year and you might see more stock kits hitting the classifieds. I dunno though, many people like them for the same reason you do. Personally, I won't be touching my stock kit. I'll just be doing a hood and a new spoiler. Maybe hit the wreckers for 2 cobalts SC's, one that was written off from behind and one from the front :)

I might. I haven't decided yet if I store it or sell it. Downside is shipping is not cheap at all. I am paying $400.US to have my kit & hood shipped up here.
