SS and normal cobalt headlights...

I've heard different stories, but do the SS and normal model cobalt headlights all fit? So could I take headlights off of any cobalt and stuff them in my SS?

Much appreciated!

No they are not . The base cobalt , and NA SS have the same headlights , and the SS supercharged headlights are specific with their own part number . Both styles use the same housing and same clear lens . The difference in the SS/SC headlight is the chrome bezel inside is slightly tinted .

If you had the opportunity to see a SS/SC parked next to any other model Cobalt , youd see the difference .

SS N/A on the left, SS S/C on the right. There's only a slight difference, but you can still notice it.

Looks like the SS/SC has a different top part?

Yes, the two are different. The dealer replaced the wrong one on my driver's side and now I have one clear and one lightly tinted. It is quite noticeable.

Where did you get that mesh for your home-made grilles? They look sweet.
I know how to make the grille but all the mesh I find sucks. That mesh is nice.

You can buy that crap from APC, just plain mesh. You have to cut it and form it yourself. I have a ton of unused crap tha my friend gave me, but I don't want a grill there because that's the mouh I swallow honda's with...

In fact, I would rather put teeth there...

Nope, top part is exactly the same, might just be the angle, but the color is definitely different in the housing.

I just think it's funny I swore up and down at Dave's house the one day that Dan's headlights looked brighter and everyone else said no.

*Does victory dance*....you know, since I don't have victory lights and all.
