tire pressure sensor question

tire pressure sensor question

on an 08, i have the tire pressure sensors... if i went to a bigger rim that wouldnt mess anything up would it? i didnt know if they just run the tire pressure & thats it & i would be ok. or if something else ran off them also. im old school lol, im new to this game

You can attatch them to aftermarket rims.

most aftermarket rims now are built to hold the sensors and not mess them up

so if i went with like 17" FF7's & put them on id be ok, with no lights or "dinging"? lol

17" i dont think would be an issue... just as long as the sensor can read the TPS part that is attached to the rim you will be ok... on a side note... they are not accurate at low speeds... not sure if anyone knows this.
