so the headliner just slides out of the driver or passenger side door? seems like it would be too big

I would like to try this but I'm wondering, do any of you guys have aftermarket stereos? If so if there any more rattling. I find once you take interior parts apart it never sounds the same after. Is there anything I can do while it's apart to reduce rattling from my sub?

painting your headliner is gonna make it rough as **** and idk bout you but thats dumb you can easily do what i did and buy fabric headliner and use that instead of painting everything and making it look and feel bad.

i did paint the visors and there so rough but i had no choice its hard to wrap them but everything else is gloss black and was painted but like i said dont half ass it and paint ur fabric its gonna turn out rough

They were going to charge you $200 at the shop to do your whole interior black?

personally iwould never do it. if you ever see my headliner its tweed straight from recaro to match...

the panels i painted are for a friends 2.2. also the headliner and rear deck that are painted are for his 2.2 aswell. i dont recommend it as its super rough. im sure its a real bitch to clean aswell.

yep a gun and a special mix of paint....oem color ebony code:167a. i have a way of prepping these which the door panels are by car the worst in the world to prep, and then i have a special adhesion promotor and sealer combo that goes well together specific for bare plastic and then i use basecoat with hardner in it.
