Turn SS Front End Into a Black Splitter

Has anyone ever put black vinyl or painted the little part at the bottom of the SS bumber to make it look like a black splitter?

I thought it could be something subtle that looks cool...

there are a couple people on this site that have painted the whole kit black. looks kinda cool.

No...I have seen that...I'm talking about JUST that little sliver of a thing at the bottom...from one end to the other...but not touching anything above that...
