I found one on Ebay. From first glance and Google images, i'm not hopeful, but the add says it fits all Cobalts.

 

As log as it`s for an SS it will work no matter what year it`s for. They`re all the same front ends. Only difference is the TC has a different grill then the SC.

 

Thanks for the input, I got some more pictures last night, it's in worse shape than I thought and it's not an SS. Guess that's that.

 

the years do matter.....i have a brand new gm bra sitting here for 05-07 ss's the lsj has a different grill so there for they made the bra to accomodate the grill. the lnf has the honeycomb or mesh or whatever you want to call it grill and the bra for the 05-07ss it will not work in the grill areas on the lnf.

Just a word of advice... car bras tend to do more harm than good.

 

The only difference between the grills is pattern, not the shape. I don't see how it could make any difference. The grills aren't being covered anyways.
