As i was washing my car today i noticed the the left wiper has on of those little wings on it to keep the wiper on the windshield, but is attached to the wiper blade. Can u buy new wipers with this on it??

i havent seen any wipers with the lil wing.. However i would suggest getting the new wipers that come on the g6, vw, etc. they hug the windsheild better, thus cleaning it better. Bosch and all of the big guys make them now... these..

When I went to a chain auto parts store, they said those Bosch Icons don't fit the Cobalts, but they are universal...

Those wipers are junk. My buddy has a VW Passat with them and they do an awful job after the first month or so...they've never wiped well. Also, you need a special arm to attach them with, so you'd need some kind of adapter to get them to fit our cars.

You can get wipers with the spoiler on it, though I don't know that it's a terribly effective peice. The shop I used to work at sells wipers called "SilBlades". They blade is silicone and it has a teflon coating, so it has the same effect of rainex on your windsheild but without the Rain-X haze. Best part is they're warrantied for 7 years.

Anyways, not sure why I ranted like that, but the spoiler can be bought in a new wiper, but you might have to go see the dealer to get it. Some aftermarket wipers will have them as well, and some will detach so you can move them to the next wiper.
