bought a set of ark coilovers a while ago and finally getting around to installing them. does anyone have a how to on installing them? also how do you adjust the dampening settings? on the rears i saw the knob that you turn. which setting is zero or normal. how do you adjust the front dampning?? and how to adjust the height? i looked at the instructions that came with it but was kind of confused. any help?

Theres a How-To i believe

should be straight forward..
fronts: take wheels off, remove brake lines from struts, remove top three bolts and bottom 2 bolts pull out, new ones go in... the rears are little harder but still not too bad... i believe theres a bolt ontop and one on bottom to remove the shock, and the springs are easier to take out if you take the sway bar off... |

yeah you did. still have a couple questions. to adjust the height for the fronts you turn the lower shock body right? so that means that means that you have to take them off when you want to adjust them. how do you adjust the dampning on the fronts? couldnt find the knob like the rears have. which way do you turn the knob for the softest setting? and the threaded part for the spring goes on the top right? and why is the shock and the spring both threaded? do you adjust them to match each other?

damper. Stiffer setting feels dial gets harder to turn, soft setting you can feel dial gets loose. It is clock wise turn |
