Just out of curiosity, what do you plan to do with the stuff you take off when prepping for STX? Just going to keep it around to put back on when you decided to sell it? I only ask because I will need to source some stock parts if I want to play in stock/RTF.

Well I'm going to order a 265 Dunlop to see if it fits with the kw suspension. Based off the 17x9 thread it might be close . That's why I will only order one to try when the snow is gone here.

well they fit. the rears no problem, the fronts not so much lol. There is anout 1/4" between the tire and strut but like you said jboogie with the KWs there should be more than enough room. yes i know the tire is on the wrong way. i bought one to test fit so it could go anywhere lol.

rear, no issue at all. If i could i bet a 285 would fit in there lol.

Front, shouldnt be a problem with the KWs are on. We had about 3" of snow today, just waiting for the snow and road salt to go away to put them on.

anyone know how the rear KWs stay put when you have them where you want them? The fronts have a small bolt to kee the spring perch from moving but in the rear there is nothing like that.

Put the car on the ground, or push up on the suspension with a jack and no tire and try to turn the spring seat, it aint going nowhere.

I bought them through evasive motorsports! They were super helpfull!

Sorry i dont have any picks up yet, my ipad wont let me upload any to photobucket..

You can see some picks on my facebook though

Facebook

feel free to add me as well, but its going well. Need to figure out a clunk i have in the front end, i think its a bearing plate issue. The car is alway going in for some work as the ignition key is stuck in the on position and will not move! I had to kill it to turn the car off and undo the battery :P The short test drive i took felt good, needs some fine tuning as all shocks were on full soft and a bit bouncy.

More info to come!!
