Hey guys,

Like some of you already know i got into a fenderbender this week-end and my car is in for repairs. Some old German lady drove into me, face first, as i was waiting in my left turning lane. Cop said it was my fault because it was considered a private intersection (Dam Tim Hortons.. Im sorry i didnt mean to offend the coffee) and that my car was way too far into her lane. He gave me a ticket and wrote that my car was a 2006... I think hes cutting me some slack. Good news is the car isint that badly damaged but i am still waiting for the estimate. Anyways il let u guys know when i get my car back.

My car was stopped when she hit me. And she was giving me right of way by slowing down and putting her left signal on because the traffic was stopped infront of her anyways. then i slowly merged in her lane (left turning lane to turn into the mall or on stlaurent blvd)and then noticed that she was still driving up (like 15km) I was like WTF are you doing lady?? (notice im not defensive I know I know) i was just sitting there hoping she would stop... It was really dumb since i didnt want to reverse because i had no time to look back and she would of just T'd me if i would of stepped on it. Cop didnt even ask me the story just wrote me a ticket and thats it. Oh and my car will be all new parts so no paint.

 

Glad to hear at least your getting all brand new parts. The insurance company's make the young pay the high Rates while the old people that can barely see or hear, pay close to nothing and to make things even worst the cops almost always let them go with just a warning. I have seen it many times and I think its just unfair.

 

Boy sure looks like i was in a grumpy mood yesterday! lol Got a new cobalt2.2 for a rental until i get my SS back. Car still manages to pull pretty good but i really miss my supercharger... Oh well.

I have a black ss/sc in Georgetown. I have only seen 1 blue ss/sc on the 407.

 

When are you getting you car back?

 

September 9th but i got a call this morning from the bodyshop telling me that the car is doing good and should be ready by friday =) So Sunday Morning Trim Road everyone???

I live in Downtown Toronto, but my GF is in Mississauga and my parents are in Markham, so I am all over the GTA.

I get my black SS 2.4 this week.
